This full moon is a beautiful time to harvest the inner and outer gifts of the garden of your life. In the heart of summer on the full moon, we can celebrate the beauty and fullness in our lives with gratitude and joy!  According to ayurveda, it is helpful to cool and calm the heart in our bodies in the peak of summer. We can do this several ways in honor of the full moon today:


  • Meditate and pray silently
  • Wear white or cooling colors like greens and blues
  • Enjoy sweet food (in moderation)
  • Take a walk while the moon is rising
  • Enjoy the company of people that make you feelgood about yourself and overall happy and calm.
